About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Element Five Labs website and any course, programme, or coaching you buy from us. By using this website or enrolling in anything we offer, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or enrol.

Element Five Labs is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], referred to in these terms as "we", "us", or "Element Five Labs".

What we offer

We offer self-paced digital courses built around the five elements of the Yogic tradition, and one-to-one coaching with our lead practitioner. Courses are delivered online. Coaching is offered by invitation and is agreed separately with you before it begins.

Our practices are drawn from traditional Yogic teaching and are offered for education and personal wellbeing. Descriptions of what a course covers are given in good faith, and we may improve or update course material over time.

Enrolling and paying

When you submit the form on our website, you are registering interest, not completing a purchase. We will contact you within 24 hours to talk through which practice fits you, answer your questions, and enrol you if you choose to go ahead.

Payment is taken at the point of enrolment, not on the website. We accept UPI, card, and other methods we confirm with you on the call. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees. If you are outside India, we will confirm your price with you before you pay.

Launch pricing is time-limited and available only while stated on the website. We may change our prices at any time, but a change will never affect a purchase you have already completed.

Your access

Once you have paid, we give you a personal, non-transferable right to access and use the course material for your own practice, for as long as we offer it.

Please do not share your login, copy or redistribute the material, record or re-publish it, or use it to teach or train others commercially. If you would like to use our material with a group, write to us and we will find a way to make it work.

Refunds and cancellations

If you change your mind before we have given you access to the course material, tell us and we will refund you in full.

Once course access has been granted, we do not offer refunds, because the material is delivered digitally and in full at that point.

If something goes wrong at our end, if we cannot deliver what you paid for, or if you were charged in error, contact us and we will put it right. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and usually take 5 to 10 working days to appear.

One-to-one coaching has its own cancellation and rescheduling terms, which we agree with you in writing before your first session.

This is not medical advice

Our courses and coaching are educational. They are not medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment, and they are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.

You take part in any practice at your own risk, and you are responsible for judging what is safe for your own body. If a practice causes pain or distress, stop and seek qualified help.

Our content

Everything on this website and inside our courses, including text, images, audio, video, course structure, the Element Five Labs name, and our logo, belongs to us or is used with permission. It is protected by copyright and other intellectual property law.

The traditional teachings we draw on belong to a lineage far older than us. Our particular arrangement, wording, and presentation of them is ours.

Using this website

When you use our site, please do not:

• Submit false information or someone else's contact details
• Attempt to gain access to areas or accounts that are not yours
• Interfere with the site's operation or security
• Use automated tools to scrape or copy the site

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, and we will tell you why.

Availability

We work to keep the site and our courses available, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access. We may need to take things offline for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control.

Our website may link to other sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their practices.

Our responsibility to you

We take our work seriously and we stand behind it. That said, we cannot promise any specific outcome from a practice, because results depend on your consistency, your circumstances, and your body.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you for anything connected with these terms is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Your privacy

How we collect and use your information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our offering grows. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. If a change materially affects something you have already bought, we will tell you directly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and the courts of [JURISDICTION] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. This does not affect any statutory consumer rights you have where you live.
