You can read about Pranayama in a book. You can watch a YouTube video about Yoga Nidra. None of it will change you the way being in the hands of a real teacher changes you.

Ankur Om has spent the last 8 years in something most people only read about: deep, daily, unbroken spiritual discipline. An accredited Hatha Yoga expert trained in traditional asanas, pranayama, and yogic lifestyle practices, he has logged over 8,000 hours of meditation and mantra sadhana. Not in retreat. Not in theory. In life.

A devoted upāsak of Maa Kali, Ankur was initiated into Kali Sadhana by his Guru, Om Swami ji, one of the most respected living masters of the Vedic tradition. His path has been shaped not by a curriculum, but by a lineage.

Element Five Labs is Ankur's own offering, built from everything his practice has given him, and everything he has witnessed transform in the people he has guided.
